About Me
Ross has spent the last 10 years working as a clinical podiatry specialist in the Solent NHS Trust specialist musculoskeletal service. In this role he works closely with fellow physiotherapy specialists, Orthopaedic surgeons and the wider healthcare team to manage complex musculoskeletal complaints. This extended scope role involves access to diagnostic imaging, injection therapy, extracorporeal shockwave therapy as well use of more common podiatric interventions such as foot orthoses and exercise therapy.
Prior to this Ross’ gained experience in all areas of podiatry including high risk clinics, paediatrics, podiatric surgery and spent some time as the nail surgery lead for the Podiatry team in Portsmouth. He graduated from Southampton University in 2009 with a 1st class honours degree in Podiatry and then went on to continue his studies achieving a masters degree with distinction in the theory of podiatric surgery.
