Knee / Hip Pain

The function of the foot can have an impact on the rest of the leg and sometimes foot orthoses/insoles can be used as part of the management plan for knee or hip pain, but more often than not we would recommend this in combination with a rehabilitation/exercise programme from our physiotherapy colleagues.
